What Customer Information does The Family Post collect?

For example, we collect credit card and billing information when you subscribe for a paid subscription. When ordering photo products from The Family Post, we require customer name, credit card, billing and shipping information. You also provide information by creating and updating your family website with your photos, videos, & other personal content.
Does The Family Post ever share Customer Information?
The Family Post shares Customer Information with third parties (for example, credit card authorization companies, photo processing labs, etc.) who facilitate us running The Family Post Service and Site. Your Customer Information is provided to these third parties solely for the purpose of providing you such services. These third parties only use your Customer Information as necessary to provide you with The Family Post Service. The Family Post may disclose Customer Information if required so by law, or to protect our rights or property. Excluding the previously mentioned circumstances, The Family Post will not sell, rent or share Customer Information with a third party without your knowledge and consent. If you do not want your Customer Information shared at that time you will always have the option of telling us not to share it. Business partners of The Family Post do not have access to your individual account information.
Does The Family Post use "IP Addresses" and cookies?
We use IP addresses to help us identify problems with our servers and to manage our website. We do not intentionally link your IP address to your personally identifiable information. We use cookies so that our servers can recognize or "remember" who you when you make return visits to our website. The Family Post cookies are not tied to any personally identifiable information. We use cookies in order to know who you are after you log in, so that we can present you with the right set of albums in your password-protected account.
Does The Family Post tracking pixel technology?
We use a software technology called tracking pixels (a.k.a. "clear gifs") to help us better manage content on our site by informing us what content is effective. Tracking pixels are in no way tied to users' personally identifiable information.
How does The Family Post protect customer information?

How can you update or correct Customer Information?

You can also cancel your The Family Post membership by writing customerservice@TheFamilyPost.com. If you request cancellation of your account, The Family Post may (but is not required to) remove any content, including videos and photos, from The Family Post site, and your photos may not be accessible to you even if you choose to reactivate your account in the future. Information necessary for the purposes of maintaining business records regarding a cancelled account, including records of credit transactions and account ownership, will be retained in accordance with applicable law.
Notification of Change:
If we are going to use your personally identifiable information in a manner that is materially different from that stated at the time of collection, we will notify you via email. You will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in this different manner. In addition, if we make any material changes in our privacy practices that do not affect user information already stored in our database, we will post a prominent notice on our web site notifying users of the change.
